Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused floral supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate foam or containers are padded to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your box, making sure to clear or cover any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
